Question establishing paternity the presumed father filed a waiver what should real father do

Hi I live in Dallas, TX i filed an adjudicate of parentage the presumed father filed a waiver what should the alleged father file he want to be recognize as the father. and agree with my order for adjudicate paternity.

I wish to inform you that real father can request court to conduct paternity test after which a judgment may be obtained that person is a father.

The proper avenue is to file an action for paternity in the superior court where you and the child reside. Then paternity can be established through DNA testing and the court make its decision then.
