I am 18 and dating a 14 year old.
We are not having any sexual relations.

I would not let a 14 year old date an 18 year old in my family. One things leads to another then and then boom, you have criminal charges.

Every state allows dating by a 15 and an 18 year old.

The discussion above is more focused on the legality of sexual relations, not dating.

I assume it is also the case that an 18 year old can date a 13 year old as long as there is no sex. (The 13 year old is very mature for her age by the way.)

I do not think a 15 yr old and 18 yr old are that far apart.
It's quite common to have that age difference where I live.
