Default Can CPS force the non neglectful parent to live with the neglectful parent?

If CPS has an open investigation for neglect, but it was only one parent and they place the child in the non neglectful parents care, can they force the non neglectful parent to live with the neglectful parent for any reason at all?

CPS can't "force" anybody to do anything without a court order.

Hire a lawyer if you don't like what's happening. Don't let the CPS NAZIs roll over you.

CPS could not force anyone to do a thing without the intervention of the Court. If you are infringed by the acts of CPS you can approach the Court.

Very unlikely they would try to do that (even CPS has some common sense) but if they did or do, get to court ASAP and have a judge rule and overturn that decision.
