This is the perception of one who commits crimes. I've never done anything to warrant incarceration, nor has my husband.

Plenty of people live law-abiding lives and are instead often victims of those who don't believe the laws apply to them.

Put him on my list before the illegals. You made a blanket statement non violent offenders basically should not be punished. What if he is "Bernie" Madoff who stole millions from people who could not afford to lose it. Blanket statements like yours are foolish. The facts of each situation are relevant.
